DebtClients is a business-to-business lead generation company. We generate and deliver qualified leads and inbound calls to debt relief, debt consolidation, debt settlement, and tax relief companies on a pay-per-lead or pay-per-call basis. The Site provides information about our services and allows prospective business clients to schedule a call with us.
We do not provide consumer services. DebtClients does not provide debt relief, debt settlement, debt consolidation, tax relief, credit repair, financial, or legal services to consumers. Nothing on the Site is an offer of such services or advice of any kind to consumers.
3. Business Terms Govern Lead Purchases
These Terms apply to your use of the Site only. Any purchase of leads or calls from DebtClients is governed by a separate written agreement between DebtClients and the purchasing business, including its pricing, qualification criteria, delivery, return, and payment terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls with respect to lead purchases.
